Returning an order
We hope you thoroughly enjoyed buying our soaps. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer you a refund.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept any items that have been used or with broken seals.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your item(s) are non-saleable.
It is our customers’ responsibility to cover the cost of a return shipment. Please ensure a tracked service is used and a tracking reference and receipt is kept for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lakshbotanica@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We take every care to ensure your order is properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur.
Exceptions
Soaps made with natural colorants tend to fade over the time. But the effectiveness of the soap remains same. So we cannot accept return request based on the claims of faded color. Every soap is handmade and every soap looks unique. You cannot claim that the soap you receive is aesthetically looking different from what is shown in the product page. We also do not accept return request based on faded scent. Essential oils are natural and subtle and it tends to fade in the outer layer as the time goes. Once you start using it, the inner layers will give out the fragrance eventually. The effectiveness and the skin benefits remains the same.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
